Job description:
Assist the Service Manager in overall workshop administration and operations
Handle workshop sales enquiries and follow up with collection
Generate Sales Quotations, Sales Return Orders and Production Orders
Assist in purchase requisition, job scheduling and stock planning
Process Delivery Orders and manage Field Service reports and records
Support in handling and processing of warranty claims report

Eligibility requirements(experience years/gender):
Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply
Own transport
Possess sound administrative and time management skills, organized, analytical and customer oriented person.
Self motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure
Good MS Office Application knowledge
Excellent communication skills with good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
